About us

You’re more than a tourist

Welcome to Apartments Lela – a place where you are more than a tourist. We believe everyone wants to travel, but no one wants to be a tourist.

Your experience should be unique – not just because of the apartment, but because of our connection with you and with the place you are in. We don’t host tourists, we host guests – and after a while, friends.

Don’t be surprised to find our home-grown tomatoes in front of your door, or homemade wine and olive oil on your table. We want you to feel our culture and everyday life behind the “tourist curtain”.

Every guest gets our private phone number, maps and guides, and help with excursions, taxis and anything else. Feel free to ask us anything – even if you’re staying somewhere else.

Location

Bibinje – the best of both worlds

Our house is in a quiet part of Bibinje, right on the sea, 10 minutes from the centre, restaurants, shops and D-Marin, one of the biggest marinas in the Mediterranean. Zadar, the airport and the highway are just 15 minutes away.

Bibinje is still a real Dalmatian village – four kilometres of coast with beaches and promenades – while ancient Zadar, with its Roman forum, the Sea Organ and the Sun Salutation, is just a short drive away. Boats to Kornati National Park leave from Bibinje.

  • By bus: buses from Zadar bus station run every hour (15 min). From Bibinje centre it’s a 15-minute walk – or call us to pick you up.
  • By car or taxi: Padrele 92, Bibinje. From the highway take exit Zadar 2 and follow the signs for Bibinje.
  • From Zadar airport: head towards Zadar and at the first traffic lights follow the sign for Bibinje.
